A visit to murree.

Murree is a great visiting hill station that is located in Pakistan at the outs. From a distance, it looks more of a fantasy city. The place is visited by different people from different nations since it shields one from the sweltering heat. Though I am adventurous, I had never visited any hill station before. However, a few months ago, I planned to visit Murree. I had always heard stories about its beauty. I had always wished for that moment to be in Murree and experience this peaceful environment, and yes, my desire came true.

Well, on that day, we reached Murree with my friend at around 3.00 p.m. to me it was the best day of my life. The journey to Murree was quite different from the one am used to in the plains. Life around Murree is expensive. The cost of the hotels is too high for the ordinary man, but luckily we got a very dark bungalow at a reasonable price. Being too tired, we chose to rest and begin our adventures on the next day.

The following morning everyone woke up with anxiety and determination. We woke up early to have a view of Murree. The view was awesome. The area was filled with thick fog and beautiful trees that were filled with enticing flowers. The fog created an enchanting feeling that was utterly incredible. The valleys below gave the area a magnificent scenery since they were filled with green tree. It was utterly tremendous. The place was immensely fascinating, and no words can describe the emotions given by the view of Murree.

Though the trip was short, I experienced the wonders that nature holds that make Murree flourish. The area was all green, below it were streams and brooks that went down the mountains. The mountains were cool, and no amount of the sun heat disturbed us no matter how much it was.  Around birds chirped in a rhythm that seemed to be singing welcome songs to us. Some monkeys swayed from tree to tree, seemingly waiting for any visitor to offer them some food. The landscapes were distinctly inspiring, Murree’s neighborhood was satisfying. At Murree, we visited a theme park in Nathia Gali, and it was both wondrous and adventurous. There were many varieties of beautiful flowers and enticing ferns, and the smell of the flowers was pleasing, and I kept breathing in the scent from time to time. The nature of Nathia Gali seemed awakened, it looked like it had a magic touch. To me, this was a very new experience thus I watched everything closely with rapt attention.

The day ended, and we had to go back to the bungalow and wait for the next day so that we could travel home. On our way back, dark clouds were visible in the sky, and as a result, it rained heavily. On arrival to the bungalow, we were heavily drenched, and the only option was having some hot coffee. Throughout the night, there was a heavy downpour, but luckily when morning came, the rained had stopped. The sun rose gracefully, and it was time to travel back. Along the way, one could see a golden light lighting the mountains. The view was nothing less than fascinating.

To sum everything up, Murree is the best place that I have ever visited all my life. Till date, I still consider Murree as a fantastic place.

عائشہ الیاس اسکول میں موسم سرما کی چھٹیاں شروع ہو گئیں تو اس بار بچوں نے پہاڑی علاقوں میں برف باری کا منظردیکھنے کا منصوبہ بنایا اورکسی نہ کسی طرح امی ابو کو راضی کر لیا۔ابو نے کہا میں کل ٹرین کے ٹکٹ لے کر آؤں گا ،لیکن ٹکٹ نہ مل سکے۔ آخر ابو نے کار کے ذریعے سفر کا پروگرام بنالیا۔امی ابو کے ساتھ حسن اور مریم ضروری سامان سمیت گاڑی میں بیٹھ گئے ۔ راستے میں گزرتے کھیت کھلیان،میدان ،نہریں وغیرہ دیکھ کرسب خوش ہورہے تھے۔کئی جگہ رک کر تصویریں لی گئیں اور فلم بھی بنائی گئی۔ آخر اسلام آباد پہنچ گئے ،جہاں ان کے کزن مہوش اورنبیل ان کے ساتھ شامل ہو گئے۔ایک رات اسلام آباد میں رک کر ہم مری کے لیے روانہ ہو ئے۔مری میں لوگوں کا بے پناہ ہجوم تھا،اس لیے کمرانہ مل سکا۔

وہاں سے نتھیالگی جانے کا ارادہ کیا۔ روانہ ہوئے تو راستے میں طوفانی ہواؤں کے ساتھ برف باری ہونے لگی۔گاڑی ایک طرف روک دی۔بچے ڈر کر دعائیں مانگنے لگے۔ آخر برف باری رک گئی ۔ہر جگہ برف ہی برف تھی،جیسے وادی نے سفید چادر اوڑھ لی ہو۔بچوں نے تصویریں لینا شروع کردیں۔سب گاڑی میں بیٹھ گئے،لیکن اب گاڑی اسٹارٹ نہیں ہورہی تھی ۔گاڑی خراب ہو گئی تھی ۔اندھیرا بھی پھیلتا جارہا تھا۔ آس پاس کوئی گاڑی نظر نہیں آرہی تھی ،اس لیے سب بہت پریشان ہوئے ۔ابو نے گاڑی سے اُتر کر پہاڑ سے نیچے دیکھا تو وہاں ایک کچا مکان نظر آیا،جس کی چمنی سے دھواں نکل رہا تھا۔ابو نے کہا کہ ہم لوگ وہاں چلتے ہیں شاید وہاں رہنے والے ہماری کوئی مدد کر سکیں۔ہم نے اپنا ضروری سامان لیا اور نیچے اس گھر کی طرف چلے گئے۔انھوں نے کچے مکان کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹایا تو ایک بزرگ شخص نظر آئے ۔ ابو نے ان کو بتایاکہ ہم مسافر ہیں اور ہماری گاڑی خراب ہو گئی ہے ۔کیا آپ ہماری کوئی مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔انھوں نے کہا کہ اندھیرا ہو گیا ہے اب کچھ نہیں ہو سکتا۔آج رات آپ لوگ میرے غریب خانے پر قیام کریں۔ہم لوگوں نے شکریہ ادا کیا اور مکان کے اندر داخل ہو گئے۔وہاں اس شخص کے بیوی اور بچے انگیٹھی کے سامنے بیٹھے ہوئے تھے۔ہمیں بھی فوراً انگیٹھی کے سامنے بٹھایا۔ اس شخص کی بیوی نے چائے پیش کی ،جس سے ہم سب کو تازگی ملی ۔گھرکے لوگوں کو شاید بہت بھوک لگ رہی تھی۔امی نے ساتھ لایا ہوا کھانا ان کو پیش کیا۔اب ان بچوں کے چہرے پر رونق آگئی۔بزرگ شخص نے بتایا کہ ہمیں یہاں سردی کے دنوں میں بہت مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے ۔ پانی کے لیے بھی برف کو پگھلانا پڑتا ہے ۔سب افسردہ ہو گئے ۔کہ ہم پہاڑی علاقوں میں گھومنے آتے ہیں اور جولوگ ہماری خدمت کرتے ہیں ان کو کتنی مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے ۔ ہمیں چاہئے کہ جب وادی میں گھومنے آئیں تو ان لوگوں کی ضرورت کا سامان ساتھ لے کر آئیں۔ تھکن کی وجہ سے سب لوگ جلد سو گئے۔صبح گھر کی کھڑکی سے باہر دیکھا کہ مکان کے پاس بڑے بڑے درخت ہیں اور گرم پانی کا چشمہ بھی بہ رہا تھا۔یہ دیکھ کر ہم لوگ بہت خوش ہوئے اور حیران بھی ہوئے کہ سردی میں بھی اللہ کی قدرت ہے کہ گرم پانی کا چشمہ بہ رہا ہے ۔سب نے اس پانی سے منھ دھویا اور گرم پانی لے کر اپنی گاڑی کی طرف روانہ ہو گئے۔ گاڑی میں گرم پانی ڈالا تو گاڑی اسٹارٹ ہو گئی۔نتھیاگلی پہنچے اور خوب لطف اُٹھایا۔واپسی میں دوبارہ بزرگ شخص کے گھر گئے اور اپنے سارے گرم کپڑے ان لوگوں کو دے دیئے جس سے وہ بہت زیادہ خوش ہو گئے ۔ہم نے ان کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔پھر خدا حافظ کرکے اپنے گھر کے لیے روانہ ہو گئے۔اس طرح یہ ایک یادگار سفر بن گیا۔

صبح کو اٹھتا ہے جو پاتا ہے صحت بے گماں

جاگنا ہے صبح کا ایک تندرستی کا نشاں

مثل مشہور ہے کہ تندرستی ہزار نعمت ہے۔ اس کہاوت سے پتا چلتا ہے کہ دنیا میں انسان کے لیے تندرستی اور صحت سے بڑھ کر کچھ نہیں۔

اسلیے جہاں تک ممکن ہو اپنی صحت کی حفاظت کرنی چاہیے۔ صحت کو قائم رکھنے کے لیے جہاں عمدہ خوراک اور پرہیز وغیرہ کی ضرورت ہے۔

وہاں صبح کی سیر کو بھی خاص اہمیت حاصل ہے۔

خدا کی بنائی ہوئی یہ دنیا بہت خوبصورت ہے اور اس دنیا کا سب سے خوبصورت نظارا صبح کے وقت دیکھنے کو ملتا ہے۔ اور اس خوبصورت نظارے کا مزہ وہی لے سکتے ہیں جو صبح صبح اٹھ کر سیر کیلئے نکلتے ہیں۔

صبح کی سیر کے فوائد

صبح کی سیر کرنے والے دماغ اور جسم دونوں سے بالکل تروتازہ رہتے ہیں۔ صحت ایک دم درست رہتی ہے اور بیماریاں ان سے دور رہتی ہیں۔اور جو لوگ صبح دیر سے سو کر اٹھتے ہیں وہ صبح کے خوبصورت نظارے سے تو محروم رہتے ہی ہیں، اس کے علاوہ دماغ تروتازہ نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے چڑچڑاپن اور بیماریوں میں مبتلا رہتے ہیں۔ بدن میں سستی سی رہتی ہے۔

صبح کی سیر سے بیماریوں کا علاج

صبح کی سیر کرنے سے انسان کی بہت سی بیماریاں خود بخود ٹھیک ہو جاتی ہیں۔ ڈاکٹر بھی بیمار انسان کو صبح ٹہلنے کی تاکید کرتے ہیں۔ آجکل شوگر کی بیماری کا بڑھنا جیسے عام ہو گیا ہے۔ شوگر کے مریضوں کو صبح ٹہلنا بہت زیادہ ضروری ہے۔ ڈاکٹروں کا کہنا ہے کہ شوگر کے مریض جتنا زیادہ صبح کے وقت پیدل چلیں گے ان کے لئے اتنا زیادہ اچھا ہے۔ اس سے ان کا شوگر برابر رہیگا اور صحت اچھی رہے گی۔

صبح کی سیر کرنے سے پیٹ صاف رہتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے چہرے پر ایک چمک سی آتی ہے۔ پھیپھڑوں میں تازہ ہوا جانے سے وہ بالکل درست رہتے ہیں اور اپنا کام لمبے وقت تک کرتے ہیں۔صبح کے وقت سیر کرنے سے جسم کی اچھی ورزش ہو جاتی ہے۔ سارا دن دل خوش رہتا ہے اور چہرے پر سارا دن ایک مسکراہٹ رہتی ہے۔

کام کرنے میں تھکان نہیں محسوس ہوتی اور فرتی ہونے کی وجہ سے کام جلدی ہوتا ہے جس سے انسان زیادہ کام کرسکتا ہے۔ صبح کی سیر اکیلے بھی ہوسکتی ہے لیکن جب ایک سے دو لوگ ہوں یا دو سے تین لوگ ہوں تو اس کا لطف اور زیادہ ہی بڑھ جاتا ہے۔

قدرتی مناظر

صبح فجر کی نماز پڑھنے کے بعد جب انسان سیر کو نکلتا ہے تو قدرت کے بنائے ہوئے خوبصورت نظارے کو اپنی آنکھوں سے دیکھتا ہے اور اس کا لطف اٹھاتا ہے۔ صبح کے نظارے کی بات ہی کچھ الگ ہوتی ہے۔ ٹھنڈی ٹھنڈی ہوائیں٬ سوندھی سوندھی خوشبو٬ ہلکی ہلکی ہوا سے اڑتے ہوئے پتے٬ پیڑوں کی ڈالی پر بیٹھے ہوئے پرندے اور پرندوں کا میٹھی میٹھی آواز میں چہچہانا۔ ایسا لگتا ہے کہ پرندے بھی صبح کی سیر کا لطف اٹھا رہے ہوتے ہیں۔ یہ سارا منظر بہت ہی زیادہ خوبصورت لگتا ہے۔

پھولوں کی دنیا

صبح کے وقت باغوں کا بھی منظر بہت ہی خوبصورت لگتا ہے۔ رات کی کلیاں صبح کھل کر پھول میں تبدیل ہو جاتی ہیں۔ پھولوں اور پتیوں پر شبنم کی بوندیں گری ہوتی ہیں اور کچھ تازہ کلیاں بھی آجاتی ہیں۔ پورا باغ ہرا بھرا اور رنگیں نظر آتا ہے۔ چاروں طرف ہلکی ہلکی خوشبو مہکتی ہے۔ ان سب کو دیکھنے کے بعد جب دھیرے دھیرے سورج کی کرنیں نکلنا شروع ہوتی ہیں تو صبح کی سیر کی خوبصورتی کا لطف دوبالا ہوجاتا ہے۔ اللہ کی بنائی ہوئی ہر چیز واقعی لاجواب ہے۔

انسان کو اپنی زندگی کا تھوڑا سا وقت نکال کر صبح کی سیر کے لیے ضرور جانا چاہیے۔ جس سے وہ خوشحال٬ خوش مزاج اور صحت مند تو رہیگا ہی اس کے ساتھ ساتھ خدا کی بنائی ہوئی ہر مخلوق سے بھی واقف ہوتا رہے گا۔
