Capital Credits

Did you know that as a Co-op member, you are part owner of HomeWorks? Capital credits are your equity in the Co-op. Our profits are returned to you as a bill credit as our Board deems our financial strength will allow. So far, we’ve returned over $24 million to our members!

HomeWorks Rates & Regulations

HomeWorks Tri-County Electric Cooperative is a  member-owned , member-regulated electric utility, which makes us a little different. By member-regulated, we mean that policy and rates are set by the  Board of Directors , who are elected by their neighbors to serve in this capacity.
