• Ganit Prabhutva Examination (Level -1)

To Dear Students/Parents/Teachers

Thanks for enrolling your students for Ganit Prabhutva Examination (Level -1) to be conducted by our mandal on December, 17, 2023. It is a competitive examination, not purely based on MCQ type. It is observed that Std. V students need some guidance to write step-wise answers. So, our mandal has decided to conduct Guidance Classes for the students of Std. V. Please inform your students about the details of the classes and register for them.

Two lectures on each of the following days –

Sunday: 19th November, 26th November, 3rd December, 10th December, 2023.

Timing: 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. (Recess:10.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.)

Venue: Parle Tilak Vidyalaya (E.M.), Ramabai Chemburkar Marg, Vile-Parle (E).

Fees: Rs. 1000/- per student, Registration and payment in our office.

Registration: 16th October to 6th November 2023, from 11.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. (Monday to Friday), 11.00 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Saturday).

Please note that these Guidance Classes are not compulsory. Limited seats are available.

About Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge

The Central Board of Secondary Education is conducting Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge for the students from classes 8 th to 10 th . This programme is aimed to promote mathematical competencies among students. Aryabhatta ganit challenge focuses on the extent to which students are able to apply mathematics in their daily life.

The Registration Process

Only CBSE affiliated schools can participate in this challenge. There are 2 stages:

Registration : The affiliated school should apply through the link available here .

Last date : 15 th November 2019

Fees : No fees is charged for the first stage.

Eligibility :All students of class 8 th to 10 th in CBSE affiliated schools.

Procedure : For the challenge, question paper along with the answer keys will be made available on the online link given above. The registered schools will then have to conduct the test and identify the top three students. This test must be administered. Then they have to register the names of these 3 students by paying a fee of Rs. 900 by logging in through the online link which will be made available from 18 th to 25 th November 2019.

Eligibility : The schools which have completed the first stage can appear for the second stage.

Exam Date : 29 th November 2019. It will be conducted for the top three students who were registered from the respective schools.

The top 100 students from each CBSE region will be given a Merit certificate.

It is an international level competition focusing on Mathematics Learning and Mathematical ability.
