Turning in Your Essay
For Signal Check assignments, you have to get a Signal Check before you can turn in your paper. Click the Turn In button to submit your essay to your teacher. Even after submitting your essay, you can turn in drafts until the assignment is closed! You will receive a notification once the teacher has closed the assignment.

From inside your account, enter the class you wish to submit your paper to. Click the submit icon next to the assignment you wish to submit. Open the "Submit a paper by:" pull down menu at the top of the submit window. Select the "cut & paste" option. Fill in the necessary information.
Creating Assignments
Then, click the Select Prompt button. The assignment settings window will come up. In the assignment settings window, change the name of the assignment (optional). It will be auto-filled with the prompt name. Assign a due date (optional). Click Create Assignment. A success page will come up when your assignment has been created.

Turnitin: How to submit a Turnitin Assignment
Step 1. To submit work, click on >> View/Complete. This opens Turnitin inside Blackboard. On this page you can see the assignment due date and time. Hover over the Assignment Instructions icon to view more information about the assignment. It is worth checking the assignment settings to see if you are allowed to make.
