The incident of 1997 in Nausari town of Gujarat state has caught attention for this team. It is the tragic tale of test tube baby that lived up to 13 years and died. The parents of this girl living in United Kingdom today have given nod for making this Kannada film ‘Naani’ based on the tragic tale.

Producer RAMESH KUMAR JAIN and Director RAGAHVENDRA K GOLLAHALLI have decided to make the movie very closely to the true incident, without exaggerating the same.

Said to be a science fiction, adventure thriller, the movie takes an interesting turn after the baby dies. The huge 22-room bungalow was said to be locked following the death of the baby and it is also rumored that the baby’s soul is still wandering at the Palace by the localities. The movie is said to concentrate on these incidents.

This is an adventure film and audience could weep at the climax says the Director RAGAHVENDRA K GOLLAHALLI .

1. Suhasini Maniratnam

Suhasini Maniratnam was born on 15th August 1961 in famous city Chennai. Her original name was Suhasini Charuhaasan. She was born in prominent Hasaan family. She was cousin to the most prominent Indian film hero Kamal Haasan. She was a cinematography student from Madras Film Institute. She started her career as a camera assistant and later became an actress.  She was married to greatest Indian film director Maniratnam in 1988.

2. Priyanka Rao

Priyanka Rao is a Kannada actress who grew up in Mysuru. She has acted in movies like Naani alongside Manish in 2016 and Dil Rangeela in 2014. She got good responses from the audiences for her remarkable performance in the movie Naani. The movie was released in Telugu language and was later released in Hindi. It was directed by Raghavendra K. Gollahalli. In the movie Dil Rangeela she played alongside actor Ganesh who has played the lead role as Preetham.

3. Radha Ramachandra

Radha Ramchandra is an Indian-Actress. She works in the Television Industry, and Film Industry. She mainly works in the Kannada Film Industry. She is thinking of working in the Hindi Film Industry, Malayalam Film Industry, Tamil Film Industry, and Telugu Film Industry. Some of the movies in which she had worked include Atantra, which got released on 31 st August 2018, and is directed by Ishaq Kazi.

4. Baby Suhasini

Baby Suhasini is a child actor who shot to fame with an offbeat Kannada movie 'Bannada Kode'; that released in 2014. She got the best State Award for best child artiste (female) for this film. Later on, she was back on as the child character in 'Naani'. In this movie, she acted with Suhasini Manirathnam, Manish Arya, and Priyanka Rao. SuhasiniManirathnam was the mother of baby Suhasini in this cinema. It was a story of a couple who moves to a haunted house where they found an unearthing tale of the house's previous inhabitants and then arises a fact that the family had a little girl called 'Nani' whose spirit guides the house.

6. Ramesh Bhat

Ramesh Bhat is the most familiar face in Kannada television and movies. Ramesh Bhat started his career dabbling in theatre with groups like Nataranga, Spandana and Benaka.

7. Jai Jagadish

Jai Jagadish (Born on 29th June) is an Indian film actor, who also directs and produces in Kannada film industry. He started his career in the movie Paduvarahalli Pandavaru in 1978 as an actor and has featured in over 300 films till date. His first stint as a producer was for 1998 film Bhoomi Thayiya Chochchala Maga starring Shivarajkumar, Ramesh Aravind and Vijayalakshmi in the lead. This movie won many awards including Karnataka State awards. He turned director for his directorial debut film in 2006 with Madana, which had Aditya and Samiksha in the lead roles. It was a remake of successful 2004 Tamil film Manmadhan. However, this movie bombed at the box office.

He is remembered for his roles in Paduvarahalli Pandavaru (1978), Benkiyalli Aralida Hoovu (1983), Bandhana (1984), Madhuve Madu Tamashe Nodu (1986), Rani Maharani (1990), Kothigalu Saar Kothigalu (2001), Sanju Weds Geetha (2011) and many others. Out of these, Kothigalu Saar Kothigalu won the Filmfare Award for Best film in 2002.

Jai is married to Vijayalakshmi Singh, who comes from a family, whose production house has produced more than 100 films in Kannada industry. The couple also plays real couple in the film 'Aane Pataki’, starring Srujan Lokesh in lead role and directed by Chandrashekar Bandiyappa. This film coincides with Silver Jubilee celebration of couple’s married life.

8. Mandeep Roy

Mandeep Roy was born in Mumbai, India. He works in the Kannada film industry. Mandeep Roy who made his debut in 1980 with Minchin Ota. Some of the striking movies of Mandeep Roy are Re (2016), Aaptha Rakshaka (2010), Amrithadhare (2005), Kurigalu Saar Kurigalu (2001). In the career span of 25 years, he has played in more than 40 movies. He is also a part of Possible (2016) and Hagalu Kanasu (2019)...

9. Ramesh Pandit

Ramesh Pandit is a professional Indian actor. He has acted in many South Indian films especially in Kannada and Telugu and also in Tamil. Ramesh Pandit has also appeared in many television serials. Ramesh Pandit was born on 22nd of July in Karnataka. He is currently living and working from Bengaluru, Karnataka. He is also known as Ramesh Pandith or Ramesh Pundit. Ramesh Pandit made his debut in the media industry with the Kannada film named Nigooda Rahasya which was directed by film director Perala, produced by Jagadish Malnad and acted along actress Geetha. This movie was released in the year 1990. Other films in which Ramesh Pandit has performed are Banadi which hit the big screens in the year 2018, Stunt Master, Choo Baana, Ulta Palta in the year 1997, Ayya, Andaman which got released in the year 1998 and many more.

10. Yathiraj

Yathiraj is an Indian actor who works predominantly in the Sandalwood industry. He has been a part of over fifty-two movies as of now.
